Welcome to Triple XY (“App”), a radio station service owned and operated by Business Now Asia Pacific (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This App is primarily for Australian listeners but can be accessed globally via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our websites and/or application(s). In short: we do not collect or store personal data directly. However, certain third-party providers (e.g., GoodBarber, streaming service, external merchandise store) may collect limited data as part of their own functionality.
By using Triple XY, you acknowledge that some of these features and data practices may be required for App functionality, compliance with Apple and Google policies, or third-party integrations.

By Triple XY:

By GoodBarber (Platform Provider):
- GoodBarber may automatically collect device model, OS version, language, IP-based location, and usage logs (e.g., time spent in the App) for analytics, crash reports, and performance monitoring.

By External Merchandise Store:
